What do you do when you are pressured by a criminal? For example, if they want you to cooperate in transporting narcotics. We often hear this back from all kinds of companies. Criminals recruit employees in all kinds of positions. This was the theme of one of the training sessions we conducted last week in collaboration with an actor.

In addition, we also conducted a conversation with an ex-con. This provided a lot of insights. The help criminals receive often comes from within by employees.
