Privacy statement

In the Resilient Ornamental Horticulture Sector approach, police, Customs, Westland, Katwijk, Aalsmeer and Uithoorn municipalities, the investigation services and district public prosecutors of The Hague and Amsterdam-Amstelland and private parties such as Royal FloraHolland are working together against undermining. We operate in accordance with applicable privacy laws and handle personal data through this website with care and confidentiality.

Processing personal data

Personal data is any data that contains information about an individual and can be traced back to that individual, including online data such as an IP address. We only process personal data (such as name, phone number, email or mailing address) when you provide it to us via phone or email.

What does the working group use personal data for?

We will only use your data if you have left your details with a request for us to contact you. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will do so only for limited, explicit and lawful purposes. We will not use personal data for any purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was originally obtained unless you give us your prior consent.

Retention of personal data

We do not retain personal data received longer than is truly necessary or required by law to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. If you have submitted a contact request, we will not keep your information for longer than 6 months.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We will provide your personal data to third parties only, with your consent, as necessary to fulfill your request, unless we need to comply with legal obligations and/or assist with regulatory investigations. These third parties will also protect your data and not use it for other purposes.

What rights do you have?
