Meeting reporting behavior within floriculture industry
Reporting suspicious situations is crucial to keeping criminal networks out. Yet there are barriers: feeling cliched, worrying about your own safety or simply not knowing what is suspicious or where to report it. To better understand this, Unravel Behavior was commissioned by our approach to conduct behavioral research in the floriculture industry. At an interactive meeting on March 17, we will give you insight into these research findings as well as practical advice to promote reporting within your company.
Based on behavioral psychology and the 7 drivers for behavior, during the meeting we will work together on questions such as what do people need and what obstacles do you need to remove. Participants are invited to think along and give advice. This is important to make the sector safer together. You will go home with immediately applicable advice for your company.
The program starting at noon (until 2:30 p.m.) is as follows:
– Opening with lunch
– Start program & Intro
– Outcomes and advice by Unravel Behavior
– Break
– Work session: Which advice is promising and do you want to get started?
– Wrap up and follow-up
We look forward to seeing you on the 17th at the Center Weerbare Sierteeltsector in Aalsmeer. You can register for this meeting until March 12. You can also enroll a colleague directly.
