As a company, you can join (via a subscription) the WLS; then you can check whether an applicant has previously been involved in (criminal) incidents, resulting in dismissal.
The WLS is thus an addition to the VOG.

With this instrument you can:

• obtain additional information, relative to the VOG, about an applicant;
• Carefully recruit and select personnel with integrity;
• prevent revolving-door criminals from working at your business or your neighbor’s.
