Offer & Update, July 2026
What has been accomplished in recent months through the “Weerbare Sierteeltsector” initiative, in collaboration with our partners and the sector? We’d like to provide an update below.
For example, we held an interactive session for businesses in Katwijk and the surrounding area to provide an update on subversion, how to recognize warning signs, and how to report incidents safely. There were three hands-on sessions, including a demonstration of a dog patrol. You can read more about it in the update below.
Royal FloraHolland has begun informing all its employees at the logistics hubs. They are doing this in small groups, during work meetings, in the employees’ own languages. What are the warning signs? What should you do if you notice them? Where can you safely report them? Together, we’ll keep the workplace safe.
In addition, the update provides more information about our offerings for the coming period. One new offering, for example, is the “Crisis Management” training course. What if your company is affected by criminal activity? And things go seriously wrong? Then you’ll want to be prepared. That’s why we offer a basic plan and a crisis management training course.
One significant trend is that we’re seeing more and more companies take steps to educate their employees about subversive crime. Over the past six months, we’ve reached more than 1,500 people at floriculture companies, and many meetings and sessions are planned for the fall. Want to learn more?
